CARA Networking Event
Cara (the Council for at Risk Academics) provides life-changing support for a growing number of academics who need urgent help to get away from immediate danger.
Recent events in Afghanistan, Ukraine, Sudan and elsewhere have led to a surge in applications for Cara’s help. During this networking event we will hear from PhD student Allam Harfoush, our Cara fellow from Syria, and representatives from Cara, to raise interest in supporting a worthwhile organisation.
Drinks and light refreshments will be served.
