Our popular Education Experience Day is for year 12 and 13 pupils who are considering a career in career in education or teaching and are considering their options after school/college. Throughout the day, pupils will rotate around four sessions delivered by colleagues from our School of Education and hear about our programmes related to Childhood, Education and Professional Development. These are an innovative set of degree programmes enabling students to begin their journey towards future employment in the sector. The opportunity to come and discuss them would allow us as university tutors to answer any questions that your students may have about university life and the career opportunities that these degrees would offer.

There is no cost, however attendees are asked to bring their own lunch, and schools/colleges will have to arrange their own transport. You may book to bring a school group or as an individual student. Individual students will be asked to provide the name and email address of a teacher who has authorised their attendance which will be verified.

Currently fully booked, however you can join the reserve list. Contact outreach@chester.ac.uk with any enquiries.
