I am interested in what happens when ideas and people collide. My work focuses on partnerships both university and community that span social, civic and economic areas.

My background is in the use of drama and arts-based methods to develop innovative programmes and workshops. I have worked with Chester Zoo for 10 years and this collaborative way of working has led to the development of a world first programme focused entirely on wildlife conservation and sustainability education.

External to the University, I co-lead a creative community group with 400 plus members called Good for Nothing Chester that strives to positively contribute to making positive things happen within our city. I use collaborative, innovative and creative methods that create the space for different voices to participate, share knowledge and to do good.
