Kristian Rozells
Programme Leader in MA Popular Music
Kristian is the programme leader for MA Popular Music at University of Chester. He is also leader of a range of modules on the BA Popular Music Performance programme.
At University of Chester Kristian teaches on the MA Popular Music, BA Popular Music Performance, and BA Music Production programmes. Kristian's main teaching interests include popular composition, improvisation, and performance studies.
Research interests include the improvement of listening skills for popular musicians through new methods to transcribing, using a VLE to improve teaching and learning and approaches to manufacturing commercially successful pop music.
