Luke has been a member of the University and has lead the BSc Nutrition & Dietetic programme since 2021. Luke is committed to fostering critical thinking among future dietetic professionals. Luke is focussed on equipping the next generation with the skills and knowledge they need to navigate through the noise and provide reliable nutritional advice and guidance.

With a passion for promoting evidence-based nutrition practice, Luke has worked in areas such as neurology, public health, home enteral tube feeding, and appropriate prescribing. Luke is an active participant in the All Party Parliamentary Group of the Nutrition Society. Through his advocacy work, he strives to influence policy decisions and promote evidence-based nutrition practices that benefit public health and well-being.
