Dr Andy McCarroll is a Senior Lecturer within the Management Division of the University of Chester Business School. Andy teaches on UG and PG programmes. Andy supervises PG students through Master's dissertation and PhD thesis. Andy is also a faculty assessment officer and supports students and colleagues with related academic processes.

Dr Andy McCarroll is the module leader for two modules on the MSc Management programme. These modules are focused on leading effectively and understanding and managing people. Andy also teaches on Innovation management and HRM related modules at UG and PG levels.
