Carol has been a Lecturer with a specialist subject of leading and managing people, for over a decade. As an HR Professional in a wide range of organisations, Carol uses her knowledge and experience gained over the years to enhance her teaching. As an active member of the CIPD, Carol also brings professional and current people management practice to the subject. Carol holds a MSc from the University of Chester, Fellowship HEA, Chartered Fellow of CIPD, is a Certified Management Consultant and currently working towards a Doctorate.
