I have over 30 years of leadership and management experience from working in the hospitality and retail arena and latterly being the MD of a recruitment business. I've been involved with so many elements of running a business including marketing, finance, HR, strategic planning, communication and operations but my passion has always been about people and working to develop talent so individuals grow and reach their potential.
I had a passion to teach from a young age, however my dream of becoming a PE teacher took a tumble down a mountain on a skiing trip. After a number of failed medicals to gain a place at Uni on a PE Teacher training degree and being told my knee would not stand up to 30 years of running around a football pitch I ended up running around restaurants and retail businesses for the next 30 years developing my leadership and coaching skills.
I now have the most amazing opportunity to bring my passion for developing talent and helping people grow into this role and watching future leaders take their first steps in their careers and seeing them flourish!
