Senior Lecturer in Human Resources & Business ManagementI am a Senior Lecturer in Professional Education, providing a supportive learning environment for students to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to achieve their studies whilst guiding them with their future goals. I use innovative learning and teaching practices such as Lego Serious Play and Immersive Technology, to encourage creative thinking and practical application to workplace issues.
I am a tutor for the European Training Consortium in Public Health (ETC), working with International Academics to champion the interdisciplinary role of Public Health and Businesses to support Community Wellbeing. (https://etcsummerschool.wordpress.com/)
Responsible for the Work-Based Learning Placement module for the University, which all second-year students have to complete as a Core module.
