I am a Senior Lecturer in Professional Education, providing a supportive learning environment for students to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to achieve their studies whilst guiding them with their future goals. I use innovative learning and teaching practices such as Lego Serious Play and Immersive Technology, to encourage creative thinking and practical application to workplace issues.

I am a tutor for the European Training Consortium in Public Health (ETC), working with International Academics to champion the interdisciplinary role of Public Health and Businesses to support Community Wellbeing. (https://etcsummerschool.wordpress.com/)

Work-Based and Integrated Studies (WBIS) Undergraduate and Post Graduate Teaching. - Involves activities which encourage and support working professionals to complete a study which facilitates their career/life goals.

Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship, (CMDA) - Deputy Programme Leader and Module lead for Skills and Approaches to work-based projects, Managing People and Negotiated Experiential Learning. (NELM) for undergraduate and post-graduate studies.

Postgraduate teaching for Domestic and International students - MBA and MSc. Topics include Leading and Managing people, Strategic Management, and Human Resource Management.
