Dr Paul Cowley
Senior Lecturer
Paul joined the University of Chester in 2024 and has worked in higher education since 2008 in a number of roles across several different universities. Prior to his career in education, Paul spent several years working for organisations across both the public and private sectors.
Paul teaches across a number of people management-related topics and supervises dissertation projects at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Additionally, Paul is interested in supervising Doctoral students whose research proposals relate to one of his research areas.
