Dr. Sheikh M Zahid is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Business, Management, Accounting and Finance, where he teaches postgraduate programs in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business and Operations Strategy. Prior to this role, he served as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Roehampton, London, contributing to various business management and logistics courses.

With a strong academic and professional background in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Management, and Logistics Management, Dr. Sheikh M Zahid brings a wealth of practical and theoretical expertise to his teaching. He has completed an Introduction to Supporting Learning and Teaching in Higher Education course, further enhancing his pedagogical approach in higher education settings.

Dr. Sheikh M Zahid is an expert in Supply Chain Management with a particular focus on supply chain sustainability, waste mitigation, Lean and Green supply chain, Circular economy and sustainable development (environmental, economic and social). His research investigates how businesses can optimize operations while minimizing negative sustainable impact, with an emphasis on creating sustainable and efficient supply chains.

Dr. Sheikh M Zahid has published extensively in leading academic journals and contributed to prestige international conferences on topics including sustainable supply chain practices, Lean and green strategies, and the integration of sustainability considerations into business operations.
