How did your degree at the University of Chester prepare you for your current role?
I was taught industry programming standards and techniques and was able to put these into context in team projects. I felt the mix between taught content and being able to put it into practice in a team environment allowed me to easily integrate into my team at work.
What support did you receive during your degree?
The majority of the support for me came from my module lecturers. I especially enjoyed being taught by lecturers from industry giving an interesting insight into what working in the industry was like, what was required of me and what I should expect.
