Chester Community Law Project (CCLP) is an award-winning range of community outreach projects led by student Project Managers and operated by student volunteers. Each ‘Reach Out’ project aims to empower our local, regional and international communities by providing free information and guidance on their legal rights.

John Morrow leads the learning on the Law LLM- John's research interests are focused on the Law relating to Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Human Rights. John's research has predominantly examined these issues within Education contexts. Check out his staff profile for more information.
Dr Abdullah Nawafleh leads the teaching on the Law and International Business and Commercial Law LLM- Abdullah’s research focuses on the field of private international law in civil and commercial matters and he also explores Law and Technology, Comparative Law, Law and Development, as well as Oil and Gas Law. Law LLM or International Business and Commercial Law LLM
At Chester, you have the choice of either studying a Law LLM or an LLM in International Business and Commercial Law:
- LLM International Business and Commercial Law- combines the delivery of legal and business education between the Chester Law School and Business School, offering a unique interdisciplinary approach. By blending legal expertise with business acumen, this course equips you with a comprehensive understanding of the complex dynamics shaping global commerce.
- Law LLM- Has more of a focus on Human Rights Law and the wider context of the intricacies of Law and our society.
