This competition is organised by the University of Chester.
Eligibility

The competition is open exclusively to graduates of the University of Chester.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

Staff involved in administering the competition are not eligible to enter.

Proof of graduate status may be requested before awarding the prize.
How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit their original content (e.g. photo, video, written piece, etc.) as requested in the submission form.

Entries must include the entrant’s full name and email address to allow the university to contact the winner.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Entries must be submitted by midnight, Sunday 30th November 2025. Late, incomplete, or inappropriate entries will not be accepted.
Content Requirements

All entries must be the entrant’s own original work.

Entries must not contain any offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or unlawful material.

By entering, participants confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions for all elements of the submitted content.
Use of Entries

By submitting an entry, participants grant the university a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and distribute their content (in whole or in part) on the university’s official channels, including websites, social media, and promotional materials, with credit to the creator where possible.

Entrants consent to their name being used in connection with the promotion of the competition and its results.

Prize

The winner will receive a digital £50 Amazon voucher.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.
Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random.

The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the closing date.
Data Protection

Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this competition and for contacting the winner.

All personal data will be handled in accordance with the University’s Data Protection Policy.
General

The University reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable.

The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding.
