Entry Requirements

General entry requirements for each level are provided below. Some programmes do also have additional course-specific requirements which can be found on the individual course pages. Please ensure you are able to fulfil the programme requirements and meet the academic standards expected before submitting an application. 

Foundation Year

  • Successful completion of SMA2 with an average of 7.0. If undertaking Engineering OR Business and Social Science pathway will need to have 7.0 or above in Maths.

Undergraduate Study

  • Certificate of Graduation from academic/Islamic secondary school from grades 7/60 = Level 4 entry.
  • D1 diploma with good grades (B3) from a recognised Indonesian institute = Year 1/Level 4 entry.
  • D2 diploma with good grades (B3) from a recognised Indonesian institute = Year 1/Level 4 entry.
  • D3 diploma with good grades (B3) from a recognised Indonesian institute= Year 3/Level 6 entry.

Pre-Masters

  • D3 diploma with good grades (B3) from a recognized Indonesian institute + relevant work experience
  • D4 diploma under CGPA 2.76
  • S1 Sarjana under CGPA 2.76

Postgraduate Study

  • D4 Diploma from a recognised Indonesian institute.
  • Sarjana (S1) course (Bachelor’s Degree).

English language entry requirements

Applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate that they have an appropriate level of English language to be eligible to study one of our foundation, undergraduate or postgraduate courses. The level of English required depends on the course applied for.
