Natalia Marchuk

Studying in Chester allowed me to concentrate on my studies and try activities that interest me outside of my course. As a Fine Art student, I was given an opportunity to pursue my dream career by going to art galleries, attending meetings with artists and running my own art projects with my classmates. Outside of my course, I was given an opportunity to embrace my interests by participating in a variety of activities such as improving my leadership skills through being a course representative and improving my task management skills by volunteering at the International Centre. I also attended evening sign language classes at the library and organised my own music performances. One of the things that I appreciate the most, however, is the support I am being given by my lecturers at the university and their understanding of students’ needs. Their attitude inspires me to do well with my studies.
