Biography
As a human geographer with experience in urban planning, Dami's main interests lie in creating better urban spaces and addressing issues such as urbanisation, globalisation, and climate change. He is also interested in exploring how different environments, spaces, and places shape human emotions, behaviours, and well-being. Sustainable transportation is another area he is passionate about, as he believes it can improve people’s mobility, accessibility, and quality of life while reducing the environmental and social impacts of transport systems.

Research and Knowledge Exchange
Dami's research interests focus on the relationship between people and spaces and how to plan these spaces in a way that is sustainable, integrated, and beneficial for health and well-being. Specifically, he is interested in the following themes: integrated spatial planning, population studies, sustainable development, sustainable planning, sustainable transport, travel and well-being, urban housing, urban morphology, urban planning for social inclusion, as well as urban renewal and regeneration.
