Biography

Deborah Bellingham is a Lecturer in English for Academic Purposes (EAP) in the Centre for Student Exchange & Language Development, Faculty of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences, the University of Chester, UK. She undertakes In Sessional English (ISE) provision for international students at the university, teaching postgraduate students in Business, Management and Computer Sciences. She also liaises with subject lecturers in the Business School to develop and focus the Business ISE provision.

Teaching and Supervision

At the University of Chester, Deborah teaches English for Academic Purposes to international postgraduate students throughout their Masters course, She focuses on specific cohorts Business, Management, Computer Science and Cybersecurity.

Research and Knowledge Exchange

Deborah's research interests focus on teaching English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and English for Specific Purposes (ESP). She is also interested in using Technology effectively in teaching.
