Biography
I am a registered nurse with 21 years of experience of nursing both in acute care and the community. I completed my Diploma in Adult nursing in 2004, at University of Chester and worked in Haematology and the High Dependency Unit. In 2007 I completed my Specialist Community Public Health Degree and worked as a Health Visitor. My next role was as a Family Nurse, an intensive parenting programme, supporting young first time parents. I had a strong interest in education and was involved in delivering training for the local community college before commencing my role at University of Chester.
