Biography
James is a Senior Lecturer in Human Nutrition and Programme Leader for BSc Human Nutrition.
Teaching and Supervision
James is the Programme Leader the BSc Human Nutrition, a course which he has professionally accredited with the Association for Nutrition (AfN) since 2011. James leads modules in both human nutrition and nutrition & dietetics at both undergraduate and postgraduate level within the Division of Allied Health. His core areas of teaching expertise include: micronutrients, dietary supplements and metabolic regulation. James has an active role in in the supervision of postgraduate research students.
Research and Knowledge Exchange
James` research interests focus on the health benefits of polyphenolic components present in fruits and vegetables.
