Biography
Kevin is involved in teaching and supervision at undergraduate and post graduate levels both at Chester and the Shrewsbury Campus. He has an interest in all aspects of occupational psychology with particular interest in authenticity and how openness to internal communication in organisations can be influenced and enhanced by personal traits and preferences. Kevin plays a significant role in employability, running workshops and conferences to enhance UG and PG employability.
