Biography
Luisa started to work at University of Chester in September 2021 as a visiting lecturer, supporting several modules across Divisions of Management and Marketing & Tourism, becoming a full-time lecturer in January 2022, within Management Division, teaching Business Innovation Strategy and Human Resources Management (HRM). In September 2024, Luisa became the Late Arrivals Coordenator for Chester Business School, supporting Late Arrivals' Students with their academic progress and performance.

Research and Knowledge Exchange
Luisa has a strong interest in Education, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Wellbeing in Business context. Her passion for learning led her to pursue a PhD at the university of Chester (started in October 2022).
