Sue Roberts
Senior Lecturer
Biography
I qualified in September 2008 as a direct entry midwife from the University of Chester. My career began in Ysbyty Glan Clwyd as a rotational hospital based midwife. I enjoyed all aspects of midwifery, but my specialty was the alongside midwifery led unit. I commenced my MSc in professional education in my own time and was able to complete my teaching hours and assessments at the university of Bangor, where I initially secured a seconded role and then gravitated into teaching full time. Following a short time back into practice in 2017, I began my career at the University of Chester in 2020.
