Biography

As the Director of Partnerships at University of Chester, School of education, Sarah leads the development and implementation of strategic partnerships and collaborations across the school and with external stakeholders. With over 10 years of experience in the higher education sector, Sarah has a strong background in teacher training and all phases of Education from Early years to Post graduate. Sarah is passionate about creating and supporting innovative and impactful projects that enhance the quality of teaching, learning, and research at the school and beyond. Sarah has successfully secured and managed multiple contracts, and agreements with various partners, such as schools, arts organisations, community groups, local authorities, and international institutions. She has also contributed to the university's academic and public engagement activities, such as publications, conferences, workshops, and festivals. Her core competencies include operations management, networking, communication, and leadership. Sarah is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion at the university and in wider society, and is always looking for new opportunities and challenges in the field of partnerships and education.
