Sumner House

Sumner House is a mix of full board and self-catered en-suite accommodation and is situated a short five minute walk away from Exton Park (Parkgate Road).

Full board accommodation includes breakfast, lunch and dinner during term time (served on Exton Park). Self-catered students at Sumner Benefit from having  spacious  communal kitchen/Dining/ Living rooms which are typically shared between 4-6 students. Sumner has the best of both worlds as it is close to all the campus facilities yet it’s ideal city location means you are only 60 seconds away from all the city has to offer. All rooms are en-suite. Students also have access to a large communal area on the ground floor.

Full-board rent is £199.50 per week. Rent for self-catered rooms is £142-£147.
