Zoology and Animal Sciences

Essential practical skills are developed in our dedicated facilities and laboratories, with visits to leading local establishments, including the renowned Chester Zoo. Work Based Learning is encouraged to develop future career prospects, and overseas learning opportunities are available via our long-established links with worldwide organisations.

Our Zoology and Animal Science courses are located at Exton Park, home to modern teaching facilities and social hubs. Depending on which course you choose, you may spend part of your studies at University Centre Reaseheath in rural Cheshire, where you will have access to industry-standard facilities.

In addition to the modern teaching facilities at Exton Park, we have three teaching laboratories with internet-linked workstations. University Centre Reaseheath facilities include an Animal Centre with a licensed zoo and Equestrian Centre.
