Entry Requirements

General entry requirements for each level are provided below. Some programmes do also have additional course-specific requirements which can be found on the individual course pages. Please ensure you are able to fulfil the programme requirements and meet the academic standards expected before submitting an application.

Foundation Year

  • High School Diploma/Matriculation/Standard X: 50%. If undertaking Engineering and Business and Social Science pathway will need to have 50% or above in Maths.

Undergraduate Study

  • Higher School Matriculation/Standard 10 with 50% + Recognised foundation year = Year 1/Level 4 entry.
  • Associated Degree/Diploma (when studied for at least 2 years) with 50% or above =  Year 1/Level 4 entry.

Pre-Masters

  • 3 Year Bachelor degree with 60% or above + Relevant work experience
  • 4 Year (or more) Bachelor degree with minimum UK 3rd class equivalence
  • Advanced Diploma / BTEC L5 with good grades, with relevant work experience

Postgraduate Study

  • 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree with 60% or above.
  • 5 Year Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Subjects with 55% or above.
  • Master’s Degree with 55% or above.

English language entry requirements

Applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate that they have an appropriate level of English language to be eligible to study one of our foundation, undergraduate or postgraduate courses. The level of English required depends on the course applied for.
