Active Wellbeing Programme

- Feeling stressed, anxious, lonely or low in confidence?
- New to university life or not sure how to start being active?
The free 6-week Active Wellbeing Programme is here to support your wellbeing through physical activity, in a way that works for you.
📋What’s included
- One-to-one support with the Active Wellbeing Team
- Free use of the gym, swimming pool and fitness classes at Exton Park
- A personalised activity plan, wherever you’re based
- Weekly check-ins (in person, by video call, or email)
- Activities that fit your lifestyle, ability, and confidence
🚶No gym required
You don’t need to go to the gym. You can choose what works best for you - walking, cycling, gardening, or trying something new.
