Timetable for Admissions 2025 Entry

September 2024 - March 2025
  • Complete the 2025 Nutrition and Dietetics application online via AIMS by the deadline.
  • Please note that the deadline for applications to this course is 12 noon (midday), UK time on Monday, 31st March 2025.
  • All information including personal statement, module evidence, module outlines/details of the required modules and degree profile/transcript must be submitted by the deadline. You are advised to apply well in advance of the deadline to allow us to confirm that your application has been received and will be considered. You should also allow for delays in obtaining documents that you will need to submit with your application by the deadline. Interviews for places will also commence in December 2024 so early application is encouraged.
  • Please ensure that you upload all the correct documents. If you submit your application close to, or on the deadline, we will not be able to inform you of any errors with your application.
  • Please ensure that you enter accurate details for your referees so that a reference is received by us by the deadline below.  Please check the progress of your application online regularly
March 2025
  • The deadline for applications to this course is 12 noon (midday), UK time on Monday, 31st March 2025.

Incorrectly submitted or late applications or documents will not be considered.

April 2025
  • Separate deadline for receipt of references only is 12 noon (midday), UK time on Wednesday, 30th April 2025. References received after this will not be considered
December 2024 - May 2025
  • All interview notifications will be made via email
  • Please note that the interview dates will be from December 2024 until May 2025 dates TBC.
  • We follow a Values Based Recruitment process which takes the format of a series of activities that you will be supported with.
  • Following interview, successful applicants will receive either a conditional or an unconditional offer. You should confirm if you wish to accept/decline the offer as soon as possible.
  • Suitable interviewees who cannot be made an offer will be placed on a waiting list for places and unsuccessful interviewees will be notified.
  • You will be notified regarding this as soon as we are able to, following your interview, usually within a week.
June - July 2025
  • If you accept an offer, you will receive information on placements, police and health checks.
  • You will be contacted regarding the Disclosure and Barring Service, (DBS, formerly CRB) process. Please ensure that you reply promptly, as this may affect your placements in the future.
    You must also ensure you have the required immunisations prior to commencing the programme. 
 
  • If the offer is conditional, you must confirm the results of your examinations online as soon as possible. If you studied your degree at the University of Chester, we will check the results for you.
August 2025
  • You will be contacted regarding the induction programme and timetable.
Mid-September 2025
  • Induction programme and start of teaching for programme.

Please ensure you correspond via the online application portal (AIMS) throughout the admissions process. Information will be passed to the programme leader as required.
