International Student In-Person Enrolment

All new international students at the University of Chester must book an individual timeslot to attend an in-person enrolment event and complete their enrolment.

Location: Time Square building, University Centre Warrington. 

Book your timeslot appointment

Before your timeslot appointment, you must complete the following steps:

Enrolment requirements: 

• Bring your original passport (copies or scans cannot be accepted).
• Pay your £8,000 enrolment fee at least five working days before leaving your home country (cash payments are not accepted).
• Complete your online enrolment.
• Generate your eVisa share code (if applicable).
• Upload your travel details and eVisa share code to CAS Shield.

IT setup

• Download the University of Chester app.
• Download the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) app.
• Connect to the University Wi-Fi using your University student login details.

Please ensure all of these steps are completed before attending your appointment. If they are not, your enrolment may be delayed or you may not be able to complete it.
