The Community Lettings Management Company (CLMC) helps schools and community organisations maximise the use of their facilities outside normal operating hours.

By managing lettings and venue hire, CLMC helps organisations generate additional income while creating accessible spaces for grassroots sport, wellbeing activities and community events.

A significant milestone for the business was being recognised by Liverpool City Council through a feature highlighting the positive community impact of its work and the role it plays in creating stronger local connections.

Shima's Venture Pitch Journey

Helle participated in the University of Chester's Venture Pitch programme in 2022, securing funding to support the business. Building on this success, HE joined the Venture Pitch Accelerator track in 2026, where he was awarded a further £5,000 to help scale his venture and expand its impact.
